seems DHS is busy every day, and we know EPCOT is busy on festival weekends. I would probably bite the bullet and do DHS on Sunday, and EPCOT during the week. We used this approach mid DEC.

We did similar for a trip in December. In order, DHS, MK, AK, EPCOT fill, with EPCOT not filling up very often. We missed our first day for RotR, so it took the second day to capture. Since we are not able to do FP right now, it makes it a lot easier to change plans.

I have a similar situation. The price you paid can be forwarded to May if needed. It may not be an exact day for day swap, but if you paid $400 for each ticket, you will receive that value for the May tickets.

I also vote for EPCOT for the Flower & Garden extra and nothing is like it at DL. Same can be said for AK, and you could always make a switch after you visit each for their first day. It is DHS and MK that tend to fill first, so both should be available.

Maybe more of an issue is the time to get into the store. MK Emporium often has a 15-20 minute wait just to get into the store. That will be good to know also.

To expand, RotR can be done from your room now. No longer is it required to be through the turnstiles. You do have to be in the park to try at the afternoon time. Getting the HS early will allow you to ride Mickey Minnie Railroad, Slinky Dog, or Falcon with smaller waits.
