Disney's FORT WILDERNESS CABINS & CAMPGROUNDS Information & Questions

Didn't see this answered. The cabins do not have blenders.

Best strategy for Test Track, Soarin, and Frozen in one day?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but can't you only pick one tier 1 FP and you have to use the other two before you could possible pick up a 4th and 5th FP for the other tier 1 attractions?

Best strategy for Test Track, Soarin, and Frozen in one day?

Agree that there are several ways. Because we prefer to ride as a family of 5, we rope drop TT, head straight to Soarin', and FP FEA. This past Saturday, we were coming off the Soarin' at 9:50 with a 10:30 FP for FEA.

Tickets and Annual Pass Questions - Please add your ticket questions to this thread

First off, thanks so much for those who contribute to answer so many of our questions! I have an upgrade/dining question. We will be upgrading to annual passes on our next trip using our already-purchased 7d park hoppers. We also have prepaid for CRT. Can we still take advantage of the 10% off...

Baby carrier required on any rides?

Echoing the front facing carriers. They are handy not only for the attractions themselves but also for standing in line!

Help me decide! October or November 2018

The first full week of October used to be our favorite time to go. As more school systems have moved to Fall breaks that week, Columbus Day, religious holidays, international holidays, it has become extremely busy. Our last October trip was 2015. Sadly, it looks to be the last for quite some...

What is that "cheesy" Disney detail that you love so much?

"Paging Mr. Morrow, Mr. Tom Morrow..." A smile every time!

    End of Trip Traditions?

Thank you all for sharing. I always love these types of threads. Our flight out is usually around 4-5pm. So we are up and at it early hitting rope drop at either MK or Epcot (usually MK), favorite rides, favorite foods, and grab our snacks to go. My to-go snack is the Confetti Popcorn from...

    Question for Savers/Emergency Account

I had to take a deep breath after reading this thread. Lots of things I'd like to reply to, but I'll stick to the OPs post. Yes. It sucks having money sitting in an account earning virtually nothing. But I'll tell you what I tell almost all of my clients: If you need that money within the next...

Just Back (10/10 - 10/15): Hanging up my Disney Ears

Honestly, the same can be said about your post. What, exactly, have you added to the conversation? Nothing. That's what. In your own words, "Guess I just don't get the point of coming onto a WDW forum to say that." I'm guessing that there's some level or mourning, if you will, when someone...

Cord Cutters -- Does anyone have SelectTV?

Regardless of the provider, be aware if your Internet Service Provider (ISP) has data caps. We were caught unaware by Comcast's new data cap when it was first implemented and was hit with an overage. The cost savings on cutting the cable cord for a provider like Select disappears quick when that...

Uh, welcome to the disboards where the same questions are asked over and over again. OP, I appreciate the post.

    Magic Kingdom, after dark

MK after dark is my happy place! The whole park just takes on a different feel. Top three nighttime favorite attractions would be PeopleMover, Astro Orbiter, and Splash. Tom Saywer's island at night would be amazing, but as it was pointed out, it closes at dusk. Favorite land at night is...

Short trips... what does your itinerary look like?

I'll echo some of what has been said. We arrive early, check-in, and hit the park of choice (usually MK). On departure day, we are up early, pack the car, head to rope drop, and drive straight to the airport from the park. We find that we are willing to go a bit more commando style on the...

Which retired attraction do you wish you could have ridden?

I'm curious, was 20,000 Leagues known for having long lines?

Which retired attraction do you wish you could have ridden?

I love mid-80's EPCOT Center. Not that I condone it, but there are a couple of videos floating around where someone sneaked into the WoL pavilion, camera-on-hand. Very nostalgic.

Which retired attraction do you wish you could have ridden?

I'm so sorry. As you can see from my logo, it was my favorite. I miss it soooo much.

Which retired attraction do you wish you could have ridden?

It's been asked before, but talking about old attractions are some of my favorite Dis threads. Plus, for those new to visiting (both the World and the Dis), I'm always interested in what you think. So, just for fun... Which retired attraction do you wish you could have ridden but didn't or...
