One more sleep, live updates with pictures

Just logged on and spotted your trippie .... I love that you are loading photos as you go .... I am always in awe :worship::worship: of folks that manage to do live TRs as I always spectacularly fails even when I go with the best intentions ..... oh yea and it looks as though you are having an amazing time

We are always home by 9pm as my little man has to have his medicine so I have some time to unwind which is nice.
Having an awesome time, we missed out trip last year as we went twice in 2012 and forgot how amazing it is, if that's possible!

Really loving reading your TR. Well done for keeping up and posting photos too!!! :thumbsup2 Glad you are all having a great time and to hear your son is eating so well there, if he doesn't eat so well at home :goodvibes. I loved the photo of your older son with his birthday cupcake - bless him! :cloud9: Look forward to reading more when you get the chance :surfweb:.

I am amazed how well he is eating, think it's linked to his autism, he loves eating out but doesn't like eating at home so much, not sure what that says about my cooking, ha!

thanks for the food porn!!!! :) sounds like you're all having a great time!
I love food porn :-) started a dining review but decided to concentrate on this and do that when I am home and I don't like taking my phone to the parks and tend to take pics of food with the big camera x

Glad you're having fun. We were at Epcot today which was brutally hot! I think we might get some rain tomorrow. We are sleeping in so we can do MK fireworks as for the last two days the heat has beaten us before the end of the day and made us head back to the pool. I thought May would be cooler than August. Not so!!!!!

We were in Epcot today too! We have been in May once before and it was never this hot! We have been doing similar, getting up earlier and heading back about 2pm for a swim which has worked well apart from today where I done a bit of shopping :-)

Today was Epcot, another hot one, although cloudy it was so humid! Only been once in May and never experienced weather like it, not that I am complaining, it's better than home but it does make park touring a little harder. We havnt been on test track for awhile as when we went in May and October of 2012 it was closed for the makeover. It was worth the wait, I absolutely love it! The interactive experience as you go through the line to design the spec of car you drive is genius, really helps bypass the waiting time which was 80 minutes, Soaring was excess of 120 minutes! I have noticed the later in May you go, the busier the parks get, guessing it has something to do with memorial weekend.

We ate at Tuttio Italian today, what an underrated restaurant, this was our best meal of the trip so far! We rarely tip more than 20% over here, today was an exception and well deserved. The restaurant is beautiful, staff were all attentive especially as Charlie was fast asleep in his buggy, they found us a lovely table to accommodate us. It all felt very relaxed, not rushed which we have felt at other restaurants and the food was Devine! We left the park around 3pm and came home to this ...

you weren't able to snag FPs for test track? or was that the wait with an FP?

i agree that the new version is fun!!! we had a great time designing really weird cars (so that we would be able to find ours among the others)...

Sounds hot hot - it is the one thing that worries me about being there next August, but as we can't take the children out of school and wanted to do 3 weeks, we had little choice! I am planning on doing early starts, then lunch, then back to OKW most days for an afternoon siesta/relax. Hoping to get back out to parks most nights, but we'll have to see what happens.

Loving the towel animal and Miss P even more! Is she yours or your DH's??? :lmao: I have Animal who lives in my car - my girls bought him for me last year as a wedding anniversary presents :confused3 ;)

Ragland Road looked fun - very energetic!!

Sounds like you're still having a great time. Hope Ethan had a wonderful holiday birthday. Very well deserved break by the sounds of it and interested about the heat. Didn't expect it to be so hot this week :)

We are planning Florida for August 2015 and it's a mine field... I have NO idea where to start... haha! Looks amazing, but seems like we will need to go for 6 weeks to fit everything in :thumbsup2

We started planning this time last year for this August (first trip), and even though I have my days planned out I still am worrying about missing loads out lol.

We had a fast pass, I booked them all before I went but managed to change a few the night before on the Disney app. There are a few fp places scattered around, queues can vary but they seem to go pretty quickly.
We are definitely going back for round two on test track

Today was the first bit of rain in a week, we had a rain shower almost every afternoon last May.
We are doing just as you said, getting to the parks for 9am then staying until 1/2pm and coming back to cool in room for an hour before going for a swim. We have done it all before and are not too worried about missing the little things, this holiday is well overdue so we don't want to push ourselves too much as Charlie has really struggled today.
I am jealous you get to go for 3 weeks! I would love two weeks Disney, one week at Coast ... I can dream :-)
Miss Piggy is Charlie's, he is very sensory and has a thing for princesses and anything that has hair ... Random!

3 week, you are so lucky, I would love to do this! Honestly stick to your plan and your be fine, this is exactly what we have been doing. Getting to the parks for 9am and coming back for a swim about 1/2pm.
Miss P is Charlie's, he loves sensory toys and at the moment he has a thing with hair, mainly princesses much to his dad's delight, lol x

We had out first bit of rain yesterday about 6.30pm, to be honest I was glad of it x

Hi, welcome! Are you going for two weeks? My only advice is don't expect to fit it all in and don't overdo it or your come home needing another holiday! Parks in the day, back for a swim and back for evening fireworks/tea is the way forward. Two days in each Disney park, water parks are lovely too, we love Blizzard Beach and the lazy river is a welcome retreat after a few park days x
