For motion sickness me and my dad take dramamine with ice cream and it really helps without making you drowsy. I have been on 2 disney cruises so far and no problems if I take it.

I put mine up when our luggage arrives! How about you?
As far as weather, we do get to our port area 1-2 days before debarkation, because we think there is more likelihood of air delays than actually having cruise problems.
This is my 18th DCL cruise, most have been out of FL, many in the fall, and we had 1 hurricane related problem, in 2005. Hurricane Ophelia was around Orlando when we were due to dock, we were diverted to Port Everglades in Ft. Lauderdale. Neither Tom nor I remember "bad" waves, and Disney helped everyone change plans startng the day we were at sea. They provided busses to wherever, MCO or WDW. It was an adventure, not a disaster.

Come join the conversation. We've planned a breakfast meet for Nassau day. Unless you have an early excursion, we all hope you'll come join us.

If you do have an excursion that day, and you join the conversation here, and think it will be fun to get together, perhaps we some can also plan to meet for breakfast on the sea day.

I do not know of any Fish Extender Group that is open for new participants.

I got the idea a few days ago, that I collect pins, and if there were others, I would keep a list of folks who would exchange a new pin with someone. I said that I would definitely close that list on Sept. 1. No one has signed up for it, but I still would be opened to doing it. If you can think of something relatively easy and set a deadline, some here may join, but some of us are nearly finished packing!
