**Woohoo !! It's Christmas Day**

Well ive braved asda !! amazing it wasn't as busy as i suspected :cool1:

Asda wasn't too bad this morning either, it's the blooming car park that was packed

I'm all done now. I was surprised at how busy Nuneaton was at 9 this morning. I've had my hair done and chilled out for a bit, now I'm going to make a start on some packing :)

The panto was fun, not as good as the previous two years but they were both with Bradley Walsh who does a lot more adult jokes.

We were sat two rows in front of Tess Daly & Vernon Kay, their daughter was one of the children picked to go and stage and help sing a song. :cutie:

We've finished our shopping as well, just the fruit and veg to pick up from the veg man tomorrow morning :thumbsup2
Spent the 1st 2hrs this morning sat in the GP's surgery  it was heaving I've never seen it sooo busy......Good start to my birthday hey :rolleyes1

Well I've just taken down my two smaller trees and my Christmas cards, and I've just set the Christmas dinner table for tomorrow. It feels so weird, with putting Crimbo stuff away and finishing packing for tomorrow night.

I'm hoping to go to the Christingle service at church later on this afternoon, then this evening I think hubby & I are having a few drinkypoos (I knew Kerry passing her driving test this year would come in use :rotfl2: :rotfl2: )

Have a great Christmas Eve everyone :santa:

Wow your very organised Michelle, I was thinking of you both yesterday. I hope it went well.

So far I have hoovered and done more :laundy: :laundy: :laundy: but thats about it! Shortly I am going to set the table and prepare the veggies. We've just had a call to say hubbys brother is coming across from Clacton to see us for a few hours late this afternoon. When he goes it will be new PJ's on & snuggle up to watch a christmas film (probably Fred Claus that we bought last week in Walmart as we haven't seen it yet) with a glass of Baileys, then just before bed we will put our pressies under the tree.

I've been out to get bread and milk this morning and Sainsbury's was very quiet.

I've made some gingerbread as the kids aren't into mince pies or Christmas cake.

Talking of kids, I'm really worried as DS(17) and DD(15) are being really nice to each other today - I hope it lasts for a few more days!!

Merry Christmas everyone!!!!

Well, I've collected the turkey from the butchers, and got a few last minute bits from the shops.
Sadly, MIL is being re-admitted to hospital since her op on friday, DH is going with his Dad now to take her so we don't know when he will be back or what will be happening tomorrow.

Oh no, I hope she is OK Joanne.

Thanks Ladies, we just want her to be in the right place for the care she needs.

On the upside, Karen (custardtart) and I had a lovely coffee in a local cafe yesterday. We really do only live five minutes from each other. It was lovely to meet up and have a chat:)

Oh that was nice. I wish I lived near some of my DIS buddies.
