The college student offer is showing up for me as well (in my last classes for my MBA, hooray!). The time frame on that deal is 7/16-8/26 though. So you'd need to spend $100 during this week, and then you'd have $15 in rewards to use in combination with your student 20% off during a single purchase late July to August.

Just cause I got burned by this - the 15% off online for select gift cards (including uber) is one time use only - I was planning to use it in two separate transactions to get my $20 bonus, but after using it once, it went away. So make sure you get as much as you want in one transaction!

I made 2 separate DGC purchases of $75. $20 reward claimed! Plus, I got additional savings from Disney VISA and RMN.
