The Official DisDads Prayer and Praise Thread

I had seen my brother on vacation in June, then I saw him again on his vacation to the Smokies in July. He seemed to be doing a little better, stamina wise, in July than he did in June, but he has a tough road ahead of him. Please keep the prayers for my brother and his family going as he is battling ALS.

I am sending Prayers to all of the DisDads and their families. Take care.

I would ask you all to join me in praying for our fellow DISDads. There seems to be a unusual amount of injuries and depression in our little group and I would like to see us all praying for all our bother dads.

I am still requesting prayers for my brother Steve, who is battling ALS. A word of praise is that I was able to raise over $2,000 for the ALS association in just one month's time. The Knoxville TN walk was able to raise over $150,000 for the cause. I will be doing another ALS walk in March 2015 in St Pete FL to keep the momentum going.

I pray that all of the DisDads and their families are doing well. Take care.

Prayers requested. DW has pneumonia. She has to use a nebulizer with the medicine. She's had it a few times in the past, but never this bad. She is going to see a specialist tomorrow for asthma, in hopes they will fight the insurance company to approve a different type of inhaler in hopes to prevent this in the future.
