Here we go again boys and girls! The first contract got taken probably because I didn't post on this thread. BUT, the 2nd one (BWV) passed probably because I did! Coincidence? Hopefully my superstition rings true and we pass because I need these points to book our trip in June 18'! Fingers Crossed Again!

Well the last one we tried for at BLT got taken. We had been on the fence as to BLT or VGF before and this was a good price and right number of points. Happy to get through ROFR this time!!

Passed 08/24 - attorneys received my signed closing docs and payment 08/29 so the wheels are in motion!!

Just a follow up for anyone interested in timelines. My ROFR waiver notice and Deed were both recorded on 09/12/2017 (current date). I had tried searching the Comptroller website last week, and it just came up today.

I do think it's normal. I'm pretty surprised I heard back already. I wouldn't be patient either...fingers crossed for you.

Passed ROFR today. 13 days with a hurricane in between. I'm very happy - so much quicker than my other previous resales.

As I had mentioned in an earlier post, this is for a delayed closing. We are now at Day 38 and still waiting. In the future I'll avoid delayed closings especially during the UY.

Well... Day 44 and we passed!!!!!

Another victim of addonitis.Sellers returned their contract within 24 hours unlike my first sellers who took over 2 weeks- hoping for a less stressful wait this time around.
