DaveNan- We sent on 8/4 for BWV, not set to close on the contract until 10/16 and passed on 8/16. I would be calling the broker out of impatience by now.
I reached out on 8/18 and they had not heard anything. I reached out again last Friday afternoon (8/25), but did not get in contact with them. I will try again tomorrow.

I got an email and spoke with the resale broker yesterday, they had talked with the title company yesterday, and still not answer. Day 27.
:headache:

After months of stalking these forums, and this particular thread for weeks, I finally signed up because we're growing restless waiting to pass ROFR and can use some positive vibes. I spoke to our broker a few days ago and she hadn't heard anything yet. Hopefully we'll get some good news to report soon:

Jojejoja---$87-$12548-130-SSR-Sep-0/16, 130/17, 130/18- sent 8/3

My wife is convinced that posting on here brought pixie dust...got the email this morning that we passed!

Congrats! It is proven to improve odds of passing by .0012%, so it's a good thing you did it. :)

I believe I read that statistic in my stalking days. We're happy and relieved to finally be on the inside now, and are looking forward to our first DVC trip.

I don't think so it was an open escrow document. I was told by the resale agency I would be receiving that during the ROFR process. We had to verify all the info was correct so if Disney waives their ROFR the closing documents can be prepaired quickly.

Well, Day 29 has come and gone (went to rofr on 8/2)..... I will be contacting the agent again tomorrow.
Is it 30 days from rofr submission OR as late as 30 days from closing, or just 30 days from rofr submission? The seller asked mid Oct closing, so can I be stuck in rofr purgatory for 2 more weeks?
The frustrating thing is I have seen several other alternative properties come and go while I have waiting. If I am going to loose it, take it so I can move on to the next!!!!

:scared:

30 days before closing, we had the same thing on our first contract and it was agonizing.
