I was thinking $125-130 for BLT and $95-105 for SSR.

This is from what I recall from the deeds being recorded

Small sample from today's deed records

10 SSR records but 7 were not sales. The 3 sales were 160 points for $113, 70 points for $100 and 200 points for $103.

There were 3 BLT deeds recorded and all were sales. 100 points $133, 50 points for $136 and 50 points for $130.

Hi long after closing does it take for deeds to be recorded? I’m assuming things showing up now probably passed ROFR in Nov/Dec?
So many good contract prices have popped on this thread for both of those resorts in the last couple of weeks, much better than what you just listed,

Deeds are often recorded within a day or two of the closing date, and if you check out the Closing Time thread it's not uncommon for the contract to pass ROFR, close, and be recorded within 2-3 weeks, faster if the closing company gets the docs out sooner. But, the Disboards ROFR thread probably skews a little on the lower end of pricing as compared to non-Disboards deals.

Thanks, that makes sense, I forget that not everyone is on here! I was getting confused with closing timeline and the time I was told it typically takes Disney to transfer the points.

I have 11 SSR deeds for January and February that have sold for under $90 per point. There are significantly more for over $100.

Is there a way to get email alerts or something when specific types of contracts pop up? I just check daily, when I think of it. So I have a feeling I'm going to miss if the unicorn I'm looking for appears.

Yes both can send you email (& maybe text) notifications. One lets you save certain searches and I use that daily, so easy to just click on my saved search and instantly see anything new or what fits my criteria.
Save search names, include:
