Wow, I missed that one.And let us not forget the infamous Fall 2019 discount offer glitch that briefly listed the cottages at around $300/night. Best stay ever.

That’s how I got my January 2020 room! I think it was something like a 70% discount once I figured it out, constantly scared they would realize what happened and change it.And let us not forget the infamous Fall 2019 discount offer glitch that briefly listed the cottages at around $300/night. I can’t wait to hear your reports, I do love all the BWI CL reports, getting excited for my next stay (sure it’s not until June, but I can’t wait)I am here now and will ask a club manager for you. So far our trip is wonderful. There are so many new cast members in the lounge, but I have enjoyed talking to Monica this afternoon. She is very personable and has made us feel very much at home.
Wilderness Lodge CL review
Overall...amazing! Staff was so pleasant and helpful. Food amazing for breakfast and dinner. Enough for a meal, easily.
Breakfast variety rotated about every three days, included a hot egg dish, oatmeal with toppings and a meat (sausage, crispy bacon, ham). Also included fresh berries and melon, yogurt, pastries.
Midday snacks were a little disappointing, but not terrible. Bagged chips with assorted dips (these were tasty!), wrapped single serve fruit, veggies and dip.
Dinner was amazing every night. So much variety! I can’t even remember it all. Each night had a smoked meat (ribs, chicken, brisket, all delicious), some kind of cold chicken salad (traditional and curried), a cold fish salad type dish, cheeses and fruit, kids dish were a roasted chicken and veggie mix and a beef pasta. I watched multiple kids smash bowl after bowl of that pasta!
Desserts were great as well. Fruit cobbler, two kinds of dessert shooters, mini cupcakes and cookies.
Housekeeping was daily and excellent. Rooms bright and clean, love the refurb.
Happy to answer any questions!
I believe that adding access to the lounge is no longer offered. CL rooms also get daily housekeeping, which is a rarity right now.So happy to see this positive review!! We're staying CL at WL in late April. It's a major splurge for us, so I'm banking on the added cost (about an extra $200 per night) being largely recouped by not needing to purchase (most) meals.
One question: I've heard that non-CL guests at WL are sometimes offered access to just the lounge for about $50 per night. Is this common/still happening? The lounge is really the main draw for us, and if given the chance I'd rather save the $150 and do without the concierge service, etc. I know it's never guaranteed and we'll probably just keep the CL room, but I'm still curious. . .
Also, is alcohol still being served in the evening ?
Also we used the lounge exclusively for our breakfasts and dinners, no problem. Plenty of food to make a meal. The only thing to watch is the time. Dinner is from 5-7 and sometimes we left the park a little early just to make sure we would be back in time.So happy to see this positive review!! We're staying CL at WL in late April. We were also told at booking that they were club level so I just called cause y'all are freaking me out and they said it was.
ETA after seeing the other posts: it did take him a few minutes to figure it out though so there is definitely something weird on the IT side.
I called the Disney Signature Services Team number as opposed to the general line. The fact that he took several minutes to clarify and get it right gives me confidence.I’m not saying that the CM you spoke to when you called is wrong, but just be cautious of info you get from phone CMs.

So this is where I have been told the BW cottages we booked have club level access for anyone keeping score:
That along with what @Sarahslay's friend said today, I believe we will have club access when we get there. I don't know what else I can do to verify it...
- Cast member when we booked
- My confirmation email
- I am receiving the Signature Services emails (which I don't think go out unless you are club level but I could be wrong)
- A Signature Services cast member
But I will be sure to report back in March how it goes.
Right, I noticed that after I replied. Was trying to do too many things at once and read your comment too quickly! The conversation I posted above…that was also with Disney Signature Services. She still gave me the wrong info and was pretty confident about it….until I pushed her a bit.
I hope your info is correct though and that CL is included with the cottages!
You WILL have club level. I just checked for you while I am here and yes, the outer building garden cottages DO have club level access. So relax and get ready to enjoy your trip. We are really enjoying everything about ours!I called the Disney Signature Services Team number as opposed to the general line. There is alcohol available all day! I saw some mimosas being brought out by request in the morning. They have beer on tap and in the fridge. Liquor out with desserts. They offered to get anything that wasn’t out either. My son liked to use the champagne glasses for his milk. Hes very fancy

If I recall correctly, It used to be significantly more than $50 to add CL to a regular booking at WL. I think it was something like $120 per room per night (a steal!) then increased ($180?) then discontinued as of now.So happy to see this positive review!! We're staying CL at WL in late April. My kids are 6 and 1. We didnt plan any nights in the parks in trying to keep to the 1 yo normal bedtime. So we usually made it back before 7. Or if we wanted to go back at night we left the park around 3 to swim, eat dinner right when the lounge opened and headed to the park for a few hours. Worked great! The food in the WL lounge for dinner was amazing. Hope you enjoy it!! And dont forget the nightly hot cobblerRe: time, yes, I'm prepping the kids for the fact that we'll be either leaving the parks for an afternoon break (and dinner in the lounge) or heading out for the day by 5 pm. I'm hoping it doesn't lead to a lot of rushing around. . .
Twice! No issues with noise! Actually just did a std king GT from last week, then another next month with dd for Birthday and the deluxe suite again for Memorial Weekend . Price can’t be beat for what you get. Loved the 1/2 bath with the suite! Lol does help with a busy day!Just booked a trip for May 2022! A split stay between Coronado and Animal Kingdom Lodge. Trying Gran Destino Tower and the Chronos Club for the first time! Wasn’t able to get Kilimanjaro Club but I’ll be keeping an eye on availability.
Anyone here have experience staying in the Deluxe Suites at Gran Destino? It looks like the lake facing suites are right beside the guest elevators and service elevators. Any issues with noise? I would think that they’re well soundproofed!
