Discounts? FL resident or other?

Hello there! Trying to plan my first onsite stay at Universal Orlando for a non-holiday weekend in January. We're FL residents. Are there usually any discounts for FL residents or the general public? Are we looking at paying rack rate? We're used to WDW where discounts abound, especially in January. Thanks!

Usually they have AP discounts & they have the Stay More Save More discount which helps as the stay gets longer.

Universal seems to wait until the last minute for deals in January. They've introduced January deals on November 17 and December 31 in the last few years.

Thank you! I'll hold off on booking. We don't have our hearts set on any specific hotel, so maybe we'll wait a few more weeks to see what's offered.
