Excercise: As of Aug 21st doing the Firm 3 x a week (Finally being consistent!!!!!!!!)

I need to join you guys. I gained 25 lbs in my first year of marriage and thought i was just getting older. I went to the doctor after being sick way too many times in a year (once at WDW). He told me that my thyroid was shot, and hence the weight gain. Things are going better now, however, I have never lost the weight. I've gained about 10lbs in the last year or so on top, so I have about 40 lbs to lose. UGH. I really need to do it!
MY GOAL: To lose 40 pounds
MY PLAN:
Excersize at least 4 times a week for at least 30 minutes. Also, NO MORE POP(soda), and healthier eating!
