MY GOAL: To lose 15-20 pounds

MY PLAN:
Exercise: 30 minutes of cardio 5 times a week, with weight training twice a week
Diet: Weight Watchers flex
64 ozs of water a day

PROGRESS:
1/7/06: 20 pounds to go
1/14/06: 19 pounds to go, exercised only 2 times
1/21/06: 19 pounds to go, sick (Sinus Infec)
1/28/06: 18.5 pounds to go, no exercise b/c SI
2/25/06: 17.5 pounds to go, elliptical 5x week
6/22/06: 7.5 pounds from WW goal!!!
 
My Goal: To lose 60 Pounds, However I changed my goal from 60 pounds to 100 pounds
Half Way Goal: To Weigh less than 200 pounds
Mini Goal: 10 pounds

My Plan:
Eat Healthy, Cut out the soda, reduce the snacking and eat healthy foods, control portion size and drink 64 ounces of water day
Excercise 5 times a week for 30 minutes, slowy increase to an hour

1/15/06 214 lbs . down 5 lbs this week. 12 lbs in two weeks. :cool1:
10/11/06 207 lbs Of course I was back to 225 lbs before my new success

I feel like I look like Phil, wife sees me as Zues, but would like to look like Herc.

My Goal: To lose 70 lbs and/or to fit in my size 8 AE jeans.

My Plan:
Diet: Reduce Calories (< 1500), min 64 oz water, & no alcohol.
Exercise: Mixed plan of Cardio and Weight Training.

Ok I have to restart this. I'm a bad dieter. But I'm starting again 10 lbs lighter than I was before.

Boy I could use some motivation..can I join you ladies & guys?

Goal - To get to 150 lbs & maintain.

Diet - Weight Watchers (I do it at home)

Progress - Today was day #1 for me. Actually it was my 9th day #1 but this was the first day I stuck to the plan. First day for me is always the hardest, so I feel good. ::yes::

:) Thanks! Day 2 going well..I think I am on a roll. :banana: Getting past day #1 is always the hardest part for me but once I get started I do o.k.
I have lost 50 lbs & gained 50 lbs 3 times since 1992. My ultimate goal is to get 50 lbs lost & leave it there for good! ;)

Goal: Look better, feel better, weigh less :teeth: ,fit into cuter clothes, knock my husbands socks off by Palo dinner night on our December 06 Wonder cruise & be able to buy a sexy dress & feel good wearing it.I bought a sexy dress for the cruise 4 sizes smaller!!!!!!!!!!!woo hoo!!!!!!!!! Guess I need to set a new goal.
Diet: Weight Watchers-started November 15th. Weekly weigh-ins on Tuesdays.
Excercise: As of Aug 21st doing the Firm 3 x a week (Finally being consistent!!!!!!!!)
PROGRESS SO FAR AS OF 11/7/2006: 45 pounds gone!!!!! :banana: :cool1: :mickeyjum :goofy: (a smilie for every 10 pounds lost)

Excercise: Trying to get motivated to get walking. Need to make a plan for this & follow it. Going to try to get on the treadmill 20-30min 3 times this next week.
Progress so far:Down 15 lbs. :banana: Pants are getting loose. My husband says I need to wear a belt!!

I'd like to join in on the "goals"
My Goal: To lose 30lbs. and keep it off!
Started WW (Flex) on Dec 4th and lost 12.8 lbs so far.
Walking on the treadmill 30 minutes 5-6 times a week. Eating all my points!
Keep my sugar out of the "Borderline" range and lower my BP. Fit into some of the smaller sizes in my closet. Feel good!

Okay I'm on board. I've even talked to DH about doing the 1/2 marathon and he says he's game if I'll make him a Hero t-shirt! :rotfl2: I have to get the designer to change the lifted up part over to the marathon from the weightloss though. If DH lost anymore weight, he would disappear. It's so annoying. Anyway, on to me...

Goal: Lose 20 pounds

Workout: At Curves three times a week and walk other days for 30 mts. but that may change as getting ready for marathon dictates.

Food: Curves eating plan from their membership book.

This past week has not been as successful for me because of my irregular schedule and not feeling well. However, I am delighted that I was still able to lose weight through all of this.
