Found it! It was in one the imagineering books I have. John Hench: Designing Disney.

According to the caption under the picture in the book, these are concept drawings for a Mickey Mouse Hotel that was never built. Unfortunately, there aren't any other details.

I love the pictures, but frankly hope that the concept would turn out better than those pictures. The Mickey Ears look kind of like grain silos.
