Same here. I feel like this has been dragging on forever. This will be my first contract and I don't know if I will ever go through this again. ( I say that now lol)

The company can’t control the buyers though.

meant to say the closing title company. they were extremely slow to get closing docs out so yeah in meantime the buyers have become very relaxed. in the rofr email sent out it even tells you to prepare where you will get things set in order to keep the closing process on time .so we has a month to plan once we passed rofr and got closing docs. Done venting , whats done is done now we just painfully wait till aug 17.

Yeah, I was shocked honestly. I set a recent record for longest ROFR (59 days) so I am grateful for this part moving quickly.

It took about 2.5 hours between the emails. It was a long 2.5 hours though. After getting that first one it was hard not to just keep refreshing our emails to see when it would come in.

Yeah I used the chat to politely ask to load the points this morning. I got the two emails fairly late yesterday to create the account.
