Where do you go to see your new contracts?

On the dashboard. There is a toggle arrow on my iPad version that shows our 3 contracts. On the desktop, they are just listed With pics.

Is anyone that closed around July 13th getting their membership number yet? Our contract has points to be used by Nov 30th so I'm hoping we get them soon before rooms are completely booked.

We closed July 12th, recorded on the 13th and nothing yet we have points that need to be used by sept 30 and a trip planned for August. Already have a back-up room booked but would be nice to use those points

So far, so good! This contract had a planned delayed closing as the seller's used some points for a trip. We got lucky with our sellers, broker and title company/closer. No fuss and all involved were incredibly responsive. Now just waiting on DVC.

Not usually but you can ask to be notified when seller returns documents. I have done that several times .

I was doing the same. It took them about a month to get all of the paperwork back. We finally closed on 7/26 and the Deed was recorded on 7/27
