Ugggghhhh, my SIL just texted me that they were sitting near (in front) of obnoxious Cub fan's. Said they bit their tongues until the 5th when my brother got up and said something. Said everyone's there to enjoy the game, take it down a notch, that's not how you represent the Cub's. They wouldn't lay off...finally my SIL called the usher and EVERYONE agreed the fan's were jerks and they were escorted out. YAY! No one gets to ruin it for others.

I videoed it to "show" the fam since no one was home watching with me. You can hear her clear as day. She did seem to quiet down as the game went on.

So Candy and Zaguins both out of the Cubs minor league lineup this evening. Strong rumor is that Cubs are in on Tigers' Justin Wilson.

Wilson is under control for 1 more year so if Wade Davis isn't resigned by the Cubs, Wilson could become the closer for the Cubs next year.

My SIL said when she explained to the Usher, he just did the eye contact thing, which did nothing. Then when she got up AGAIN he did come over to say something to the jerks..that's when EVERYBODY in the general area (both Cub and Brewer fan's but more Cub were in that section) asking to throw them out it was taken more seriously. I honestly have no idea if they were asked to leave the park, but they never came back to those seats. My SIL and brother were with when we had that crappy interaction there and they have not forgotten it either. You just don't represent that way, especially at another park. I have had 2 bad rounds, STL /Dolphins game in the 80's and that one at Miller~tho I have witnessed some real gems at Wrigley too. People can really suck.


Sooooo on the trade, I am hoping Avila more than a rental but for now, HIS OWN FATHER TRADED HIM! Savage. Hope his L arm is effective in shutting down rightie's like Harper. Guess we will find out soon enough. Hopefully Koji keeps his head the rest of the season, his $ will be freed up at the end of the year, but keeping Wade will be $$$ and I really hope there is some left to find a way to keep Jay. Tommy's prob like, uh-oh, there aren't any farm guys left now PTBNLaStella?(pretty sure you are safe Tommy)....and we still need a SP. I imagine Grimmer goes down to make room: Update.
