Disney's Club Level (CL) Information & Questions

My daughter is currently enjoying a stay at Coronado Springs Gran Destino Tower CL in King Deluxe Suite 7050. She loves the room and the awesome sunset view. This is also a water view room, with views of DHS and DAK. She shared a couple of photos with me. She also had great reviews of the CL Lounge.

We are staying at Polynesian club level (suite) shortly, driving there. What do we do when we drive up to the Polynesian? I've heard someone may meet us at our car and escort us to the Tonga building. True? How do they know...do we tell the valet when we hand them our luggage, or tell the valet desk, or do we go inside and tell them at registration? Maybe no one meets us and we just register and go to our room? Should we go directly to Hawaii for check-in, and they'll send us to Tonga?

The arrival experience at Poly can vary. Typically Poly has not had greeters out front, but if there is one (usually has an iPad) then tell them you are checking in CL, if they aren’t specifically looking for you. The valet or bell services CMs generally won’t be able to help with CL.

Once inside there is sometimes a dedicated Club Level guest arrival station but sometimes there isn’t. Look around for a manager or greeter type and tell them you’re checking in CL. If no one like that is around, go to a regular check in station. They may do some of your check in stuff there or they may go ahead and escort you to Tonga.

In typical Disney fashion, bookings are paused! Will likely be a mess for the next couple days.... Was trying to book my January trip (CSR CL/WL CL) split stay and it kept erroring out.... Will keep trying. Good luck to everyone looking to book.

Ok! The notes from our 1 bedroom outer building GF TPV RPC access stay.

Room was texted ready around 3p.

A note with a treat was in the room.

We also got a thankyou prior to checkout day with another treat.

We had sodas n water stocked and they came by each day and restocked.

Lots of toiletries in the 2 bathrooms. I would take them each day and they were restocked each day so a nice haul lol.

Oh we had a Nespresso and a water heater for tea. However I prefer Keurig so I asked when they stocked soda and they called for one and was delivered. However the next day the maid did not leave me any more coffee so when they restocked soda that day I asked for more coffee and they fetched for me. So in the end it worked out. Next time I will request a Keurig before 1st morning.

Ok I will try to break down the suite in sections. DH loved loved loved it. The view was amazing! The suite so modern and spacious. Lots and lots of Disney artwork which we loved.

The guest bath had a door for the toilet/shower plus also another to close dressing area.

The closet was the doors in entry hallway a few steps from bathroom . I used that one . It had drawers and hanging area and a mirror on both doors so you could see how fat you looked after eating desserts in the lounge

The master bath! The closet was in the room on other end but worked out ok.

The room had a door to the entryway of privacy needed or to reduce noise.

However it was the exact same layout . It had a shower instead of tub and the wall had a unique pattern in off white. The floors were tiled differently but not much different .

There are 4 of these suite 7125 and 7325 plus Sago 2 also 1st and 3rd floor.



I loved watching them park the EWP! The boats come close to my room then they backed it up the canal. Then the 2nd set did the same.

Food n drink!

Breakfast had lots of things! Lunch had soup n sandwich supplies, veggies and snacks galore!

There was a nut n healthier snack section you could bag up plus jars of candy in another area you could also bag up .

Cookies n chips etc !

Some salads too !

Evening was good too!

Desserts were down to 3 ? However they added an icecream freezer

Alcohol out 5-7 but upon request all day !

Enjoyed seeing so many familiar faces and have to say the newer staff were all really good

Hope when they reopen it’s still this good , all that was missing was the band and scones.

My favorite best memory. After many flight delays we arrived to our room around 2:15 am. As you round the corner you see the double doors. DH turns to me and asks what's our room #? 7325

He looks at room number plate and then turns back to me with all seriousness "there's something wrong...."

I tap the MB to the door, " no DH this suite is for YOU! Surprise!!"

He was truly surprised.
