Wanted to follow up and say we got all our fastpasses including FOP! Was worried about only being to make them exactly 60 days out but everything was there :goodvibes
MK we got the three mountains booked from 9:15-12:15. Never done this fastpass strategy before but we're going to try and see how many more we can get throughout the day.
EP we got Frozen Ever After for 12:30 and two throwaways for the morning.
AK we got FOP for 4-5 then Rivers of Light and Kali since I've never been on it.
Now to just find ways to pass the time.:rolleyes1
I’m not sure you’ll need a FP as early as 9:15. Usually you can get on most things except for 7dmt or pp. We usually don’t schedule FPs until after 10 am because that’s when a lot of people arrive at the park.

I make mine on google docs and then print them out! It’s just better to see it on paper and bring it along with us.
I use Google Docs as well! I love that I can share it will my whole party. I even track payments as well on another sheet. I make a print out prior to arriving, but I do tend to make changes ALL the time so I screenshot my day morning of and make it my lock screen or save it to photos while I am in the park.

I know we plan on going closer to the end of the window around 10 so we don't have to worry about rushing/rope drop. Every other trip has been pretty fast-paced so we plan on taking a leisurely walk around the park and munch on breakfast before heading straight for rides. Plus there is that extra magic time in the morning that we won't be attending.

Oh good idea. I hand write mine. Then I rewrite, and rewrite every time I change something! Google docs would be way nicer.

We’ve actually never had a relaxing morning at a park. I would try it this time if our niece wasn’t with us. We only have three park days so we have to make the most out of them. On our last trip we went to tom daywear island in the afternoon and that was great!

Nope is it user friendly? I don't have Excel but any time I've tried to use in the past I just give up!!
I think it’s pretty user friendly. You just need an email through google so you might need to make one if you don’t have a gmail account. After that I add a document and start typing.

Thanks I'll play around and see how it goes!

Here’s what one of my days looks like. I’m super into colors because it helps me separate different things.

Thanks that looks great! The different colours definitely make it way easier to read.
Thanks! I actually find it fun to make. I only put times on FPs and meals because we have to be flexible. I try to plan by land so we aren’t running around everywhere.

I just pulled it up on my laptop. I don't have a google email address but my son used it last to do his resume so I can just use his email. I didn't realize that's what he used. I don't have my FP booked yet but I can get started with my ADRs! There goes the rest of my day...:surfweb:

Lol well then you have a fun day planned ahead!

For those of us who will be there in March, are you within your 60 days (if staying onsite), and how did it go for you getting the fast passes you wanted? Were you able to get 7 Dwarfs? How about Flight of Passage?

I got fop for day 63 but couldn’t get it until 5:40pm. I got 7dmt for day 64 and had lots of time to choose from. After looking daily I was able to move fop up to 10:50am.

That breakfast sounds great, I can see why you do not want to miss it! Using Uber/Lyft should definitely help.

Going directly to BW from Pop may make it easier. Disney will hold your luggage at Pop if you want. Just head to Bell Services and they will give you a ticket. Bell Services will even keep something refrigerated say if you had medication or something perishable. Disney will also internally transfer your luggage to another resort if you go to Bell Services. I have had them do it and I think they say it could take up to 4 hours to arrive at the new resort. The Poly room may not be ready until 3pm anyway.

If you gave Bell Services at Pop all of your checked/large bags to transfer internally, went to BW via Uber/Lyft and had one bag with essentials/swim gear for Poly, finished breakfast, took another Uber/Lyft to Poly and relaxed at the pool for your room to be ready/luggage to arrive that may be more relaxing :)
That sounds much better!!! It is so nice having the option of uber during these situations. And I am so glad to hear that they will transport our luggage. Thanks so much for all the info and tips!

I got FOP on day 64 for 9:05 am. 7 Dwarf had plenty of availability for days 62 and 66. I was actually able to modify both FOP and 7DMT for times that fit my schedule better. After securing those fast passes, I then worked on securing the rest of my fp. I got everything at the time I wanted.
