I am wondering this too. I don't think there's much hope until at least 8/1, but this indicates the US GP offer is after the overseas offer. 8/1 is their roll out date. Confused ??

It is my understanding that the only country that gets separate offers is England. Historically, deals for US and South America (or other countries) have always been at the same time.

I have a friend who I used to make Dirty martini's all the time.

I may have to fall back to vodka ice with a twist, I'm not in my twenties anymore but I may need the hard stuff if we have to go through another morning like today. It was my first FD mayham, kind of reminds me of people making the running of the bulls at Walmart on Black Friday, only to find out they were sold out of the $12 dollar VCR's.

Now that we are talking POR instead of POFQ, I'm seriously considering RO instead.....I think I'm up to Plan G by now.

I'm heading off to bed since I've been up since 5am, but I'm pretty sure I'm going to feel compelled to check in tomorrow.

You guys are a hoot and I've enjoyed hanging on this thread with ya'll. See you in the morning.

If I have a room only reservation already made at the rack rate, and a room only discount is announced that includes my room category, can I get the discount applied to my current reservation?

Also, please add me to the drink list for Thurs, 1 Margarita, on the rocks, with salt!

To clear up some confusion, let me relay what happened with the release of the current FD offer. A poster from Argentina named MarianoC posted the accurate September deal on 4/19/13, including the release dates. The link to the post and subsequent posts discussing that it would also apply to the US...

Several days later (4/24/13), danny25 started his FD leak thread and Joe (and later danny25 himself) gave the exact same info that MarianoC gave us previously. Here is the link to that thread...

Sooo...since we have seen at least one release from a foreign agency confirming the Aug 1. release date, there is a strong chance that Joe's info is spot on. Let's hope for the best here, folks.

Yes, I like so much fruit in my martinis now I don't think I could handle a dirty one. DH loves them that way though with blue cheese stuffed olives.

Yes, I did do a FD/RO number crunch and I came out about $400 ahead with the FD.

By any chance do you know if club level rooms are included in FD? Just in case I have to go to my plan C....

Why waste perfectly good whiskey with ice??? Whiskey stones are awesome...not melting and watering it down. I can only do a couple sips of straight whiskey but DH and his dad LOVE them.

My family decided 3 to 2 (the 2 being dd3 and me) to not do BOG and I will be canceling the ressie for November 3rd at 8:40pm for 5 people. Figured someone may want the heads up and I can hold it a little longer if someone wants to book it or isn't sure.

Yes, under Disney Dining Reservations you will find dining cancellations threads for each month. I am sure someone would really appreciate coordinating a time with you for BOG.
