I just got home, and I can come on and close the deal now, or I can wait if you want. I am probably going to be on until 5:15-5:30, so if you can't get any better offers.. then I will be on.

One question though, are you accepting the first offer or the second? If you were fine with what was in the first offer, I definitely would want to do that. If you aren't, I am not pulling back my second offer. I just didn't want to give away those pins when it isn't necessary to make the deal.
