Not all together, of course.

My husband could eat pizza at every meal, every day, so I need to know the best pizza in Vegas.

We both enjoy a good steak, so regardless of price, tell me where the best cuts of meat are, please.

And, to possibly be combined with the steak, if you were going out for a romantic dinner for two in Vegas, where would you go to bring the romance?

You have about twelve thousand options! Not really but pretty close I'm sure. :rotfl:

I'm not going to answer about pizza because the only pizza I've ever had in Vegas was from Sparros in Ballys. I don't recommend it. lol

As for steak, check out Gordon Ramsey's Steak in the Paris Hotel. I am still kicking myself for not going there on my trip in June. I've heard fairly good things about it and let's face it, it's Gordon Ramsey!!

For romance, well there are tons of places in Vegas. There is the Eiffel Tower Restaurant which is supposed to be amazing. I'm partial to the Sugar Factory in the Paris though. Not that it's overly romantic but we enjoy our little table for two on the strip. The food is decent and it's just nice to sit on the strip and watch the goings on. We always go later at night when it's dark and a whole lot cooler out. We've been there a couple of times and it is our new tradition when visiting Vegas.

Pizza:
Bootlegger Restaurant on the south end of the Strip adjacent to the outlet mall
Dom DeMarcos, WAY off the Strip at Charleston & Hualapai
Any location of Grimaldis; there's one at the Fashion Show Mall
The secret pizza place at the Cosmopolitan, (3rd floor, find the hallway to the left of the Jaleo restaurant) is pretty good for the price.

Steak
Nearly every casino has a steakhouse and I've had great meals at the steakhouse at Bally's, Monte Carlo, Bellagio (see below) and N9NE at The Palms. However, my favorite is Craftsteak at MGM Grand.

I have heard good things about the Steakhouse at Circus Circus; however I haven't eaten there for dinner; only their Sunday Brunch which they discontinued a few years ago.

Romantic
Try Alize at The Palms; or Prime at Bellagio. Try and get a table close to the lake at Prime and ask for a table close to the windows at Alize.

I have read that Hugo's Cellar at the Four Queens downtown is good for a romantic dinner; but I haven't dined there myself.

Have fun planning your trip!

Off Strip my favorite is Joey's on Nellis Blvd. Since jlima mentioned Bootleggers which is quite good I am going to try Dom DeMarcos next time I'm in town. On Strip I like Sirrico's in NYNY. Not the best, but good.

Surprisingly The Steakhouse at Circus Circus is really good. That "resort" is a dump in my opinion but "The Steakhouse" is tops. My favorite in Vegas and one of my worldwide favorite steaks is Gallagher's in NYNY. I've eaten at the NYC location dozens of times and this one is almost exactly the same. Excellent! I'll once again agree with jlima, Craftsteak at MGM Grand is great.

Hugo's has a wonderful "old Vegas" feel, is very romantic and terrific food. You won't be disappointed with Eiffel Tower Restaurant but in the evening I prefer sitting on the patio at Mon Ami Gabi. Less intimate because you're on the strip with people walking past, but it's my favorite. My wife on the other hand prefers Picasso in the Bellagio. Very romantic.

Pizza...not on the strip but a friend who used to live there loved Grimaldi's.

Steak. Lots of places, but we love Mon Ami Gabi and I get steak there. The pureed cauliflower is an awesome side!

I still need to take my husband there, but The Peppermill is a Vegas institution! I've only been once very early in the morning after closing Carnival Court. SO MUCH FUN. I want to sit in their Fireside Lounge I believe it is, very old Vegas.

My favorite breakfast is the Italian version of Eggs Benedict at Il Fornaio at NYNY. Hash House a Go Go is another fun one with the biggest pancakes! Nice to do just once.

I miss Firefly downtown, but have gone to the one on Paradise just down from Terribles and Hard Rock. YUMMY tapas and worth the cab ride in my opinion.

For romance it is hard to top Picasso at The Bellagio. As the name suggests, the dining room is filled with Picasso paintings, and has a view of the fountains. The food was good, but didn't quite equal the setting in terms of "wow factor."

Pizza: anything jlima suggests (she lives there)
Steak: ENVY, The Steakhouse - at the Renaissance on Paradise.
Romantic: Eiffel Tower at Paris, or Top of the World at the Stratosphere around/slightly before sunset.

Pizza - don't know. Can't eat the stuff.

Steak - Mesa Grill does a decent job along with about 100 other places on the strip. I just really enjoy Mesa, myself.

Splurge - Le Cirque

Not sure if you already came to Vegas or not, but as a local I'd like to share my favorites with you.

For pizza: Novecento in the NW part of the valley is delicious and affordable. Also, by the same chef, Parma. Another delicious place in the NW, although not as far out. Closer to the strip, Naked City Pizza. They do Buffalo-style pizza and wings and they do them well (I'm originally from the Buffalo area). They are close to the strip and reasonably priced. The chef is very skilled and classically trained and will sometimes put something in the specials that will blow your mind. They were also featured on DDD.

For steak: I love Binion's Steakhouse. It's downtown and very reasonably priced for the quality and quantity of the food. Another delicious classic is The Golden Steer. It's just off the strip and has that very classic Vegas feel. More recently, I've been preferring StripSteak at the Mandalay Bay. It is a Michael Mina restaurant, so it carries a hefty price tag, but I think it's worth it.

For a romantic dinner: In my opinion, the only option is Hugo's Cellar at the Four Queens downtown. It's incredibly romantic and they pull out all the stops. It's a gourmet room, all the food is delicious, and they make you feel like royalty. It's not cheap, but compared with some places on the strip that aren't as nice, it's a good deal.
