Recent flights from rochester or syracuse?

We used to drive from ottawa to these two american cities because we found much cheaper flights. Ive noticed over the years that the deals arnt nearly as great.

Any other Canucks still do this? If so do you find any good deals to warrant the drive and if so where and with who?

I was looking at Southwest flights the other day out of Syracuse, through Baltimore to Orlando. 8 weeks out they had some pretty good deals. I'm happy that Southwest flies out of Syracuse now. We used to drive to Albany or Buffalo to catch their flights.

We typically drive now that airfare has gone up but a few in our party will be flying so hoping to find some deals.

We have in the past (JetBlue and Frontier). We are watching flights right now....prices are very close to WestJet with Conversion. Buuuut.....Syracuse airport is sooooo much more relaxing then T.O!

Ya the conversion is rough. Oh how i miss disney at par ticket deals.

At Christmas we flew JetBlue from Syracuse to Orlando. Prices were great, and we loved the free Wi-Fi and service. Definitely worth it!

Always use JetBlue out of Syracuse. The ease of the airport and not dealing with customs at the airport is so worth it.
That said we are attempting out of Buffalo next month because there were no direct flights to LAX outta Syracuse. Fingers crossed but anything has to be better than Pearson
