MNSSHP and MVMCP in one trip

Here’s my scenario...I’d like to try and incorporate both MNSSHP and MVMCP plus a 4 day cruise into one trip next year. Could this possibly work... fly in Oct 30,2019, do the Halloween party on the 31st. Spend a few days at WDW prior to a 4 night cruise on the Dream On Nov 4, disembarking on Friday Nov 8 and hope the first MVMCP falls on that Friday night. Any insight on whether this is remotely possible? I know the party dates are unpredictable but could the first Christmas party fall on that Friday night?
