Update on Disney resort booking through Chase UR portal.
I booked Poly for March 2018 last Sunday. As many know, the confirmation number Chase provides does not work on Disney's website. Pages back on this thread someone listed a phone number for Disney Wholesale 407-939-1947.
I called tonight, went through the automated system briefly & was connected right away. The agent took my name, date of reservation & resort name, immediately found the reservation and asked if I had a pencil ready for the number! I also booked on Chase for 2 adults since it was $40 to add another person. When I talked to the agent, I asked if she could add my son. She did but warned if I changed the reservation or called Chase about it, it would revert to the original booking Chase made.
I immediately logged in to My Disney Experience, put in the number she gave me, no problem. The reservation was there for 2 adults, 1 child. I only had to assign DSs & my names (res in DH name) for everything to be perfect. Easy Peasy.
Hope this helps those looking to make Disney res on UR portal
ETA: I remember reading that you need to check the address your MB ship to, it is the third party address. Momentarily freaked out when it said mine would ship to TX (I'm in IL) until I remembered this.
