How do you change the wording under your name?

How do I change the words under my name ?

Hi Anita,
Go into user cp at the top, and then go into edit profile, and then you can add what you want in the Customer User Text.

I think that you can only see that option and change it, once you have reached a certain amount of posts?? Not sure how many - possibly 75 but I really cannot remember. Will try to find out and let you know
