One thing you can be assured of is when the inlaws get together, they keep my glass filled I didn't break in but the officers didn't know that and thats where things took a life of its own

After they asked me to get in thier car, the size eleven wearer grabbed BIL to say I was getting arrested and he came to my rescue

Ok here is the story.
We went to BILS who is about an hour and a half away. He has hosted for the past 4 years but we could never go due to DH having to work. So we go but picked up two nephews for the ride and had a great time in the car!! Nephews were so impressed by my music
Anyway there was 12 "kids" and 10 supposed adults, me being one of them
BIL thought one 22 [ound turkey wasn't enough so he borrowed a nieghbors (great people, have been to our get togethers for years) to cook the other one.
One thing you can count on when we all get together is wine will be flowing and this was no exception!! we were all having a great time when BIL yells, who will go see if the other turkey is done.
I vloluteered but, they remembered I am clumsy to a T So I go out to the garage and couldn't bring myself to put on the boots, zip them up, go across the street just to take them off to do all over again.
Have I mentioned wine?
So I slip on a pair of big sneaks Davy was at this point volunteered to escort me over and "bring" the turkey back

Part two, So Davy looks at me in his shoes and said, "So what do I wear Auntie". I looked at him in disbelief and said, "take your pick Son". Why I didn't give him his shoes and wear someone elses, I don't know So Davy and I go to check on this bird and possbly retrieve it. We go in through the garage and he said, "i'll stay here". I go in and the bird is perfect But I can't carry it, remember.
So I take it out of the oven and put in on a huge "thing" and walk it out to Davy in the garage. I tell him to be carefull and I will be right over I just have to go back in to turn the oven off.

What stinkint alram? I had no idea!!! I walk back over and try to opem the door to TURN OFF THE OVEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It was locked and I tried and tired
I start to walk out of the garage to be met with 2 POs!! They ask me for ID.
Now imagine this, I am in a suit with over sized mens sneaks, do I have ID?!!!!
Nope. So once again when I am met with nervousness and have to talk, I do, just with the speed of the "for those of those that may feel itching and burning, please consult you DR" kinda thing
They ask me to get into the car, I panic!!!!!!

Nobedy called the cops, the slient alram that I WAS NOT AWARE of did I had such a lovely time that once I was set free I have now made it to the Grace
