I have heard rumor (from Alicia Stella) that APs may be given a discount at opening.

I would think the motive to limit access would make the park less crowded at the open, but given how far away it is from the other two parks, that issue might play out differently.

I get it. However, there are too many APs and day tickets may a ton of money. Most locals are going to buy some day tickets in the first year. I don't think they can resist not going.

Federal Judge Allen Winsor has dismissed Walt Disney Parks and Resort's lawsuit against the Florida Governor and the Central Florida Tourism Oversight District, stating that it lacks adequate evidence and doesn’t meet legal standards for a lawsuit.

Kinda hope your right. If it's soo busy for a full year from just Day Passes, that they have no room even in some evenings, it means it's one amazing park which would be the best news, esp long term. Also means the current parks will be much easier to navigate.

Disneyland Hotel in Paris - new Royal Banquet restaurant only available for Disneyland Hotel guests

Initially the restaurant would be open for guests of other hotels for lunch only. Now this decision has been reverted and it's only available for guests who are actually staying in the Disneyland Hotel.

The new dining location is a character dining spot where several princesses (with or without princes) meet.

Disney PhotoPass Takes Over Former Starcruiser Docking Bay
Guests partaking in the Disney PhotoPass Capture Your Moment session in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge will find the check-in area in the former docking bay for the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser immersive hotel experience. The docking bay is located next to the Tie Echelon near the First Order Cargo shop.


The tunnel/docking bay remains open to guests looking for a bit of reprieve from the sun or the rainy weather that Batuu is known for.

The gate to the Starcruiser docking port remains blocked to guests, and Disney PhotoPass took over the sign that used to be an informational sign for Starcruiser guests. Here’s a before/current of the sign.

African Art Installation Debuts At Animal Kingdom for Black History Month
Guests visiting Disney’s Animal Kingdom can now find an African art installation as part of the Celebrate Soulfully celebration of Black History Month at Walt Disney World. The African art installation features artwork from internationally renowned Nigerian-American artist Victor Ekpuk, and it explores historical narratives and contemporary African diaspora.

We stopped by Disney’s Animal Kingdom earlier today to grab some photos of the display, which is located between Pizzafari and Creature Comforts (Starbucks), along the walkway to Africa.
