Thanks for all the comments guys!! I'm starting to get into sewing again, and it's actually been fun (if only I didn't wait until the last minute).

Anyway, here are a few pictures of what has been consuming our lives lately. It makes a mom a little bit (ok, a LOT) nervous!!

Amy your girls are just so cute! The outfits all look great too mom Great job on the sewing!

Amy the girls are so cute. Love all your pictures. Just wait until they start doing crazy stunting and tumbling. :yay:
I don't even want to think that far ahead. This is bad enough for this nervous mom!!! But, it has been good for Emily. She's a very shy little girl, and this has been boosting her confidence!!

Last night as we were enjoying a few :drinking1 John leaves the table but he's back in a couple of minutes. When he gets back he's awfully quiet (and you all know John isn't a very quiet person). We finally get out of him that when he opened the door to leave the bathroom he looked across the hallway and saw written on the other door MENS. :rolleyes1
He thought it was a little odd that there was a vase of flowers on the sink counter top. He then let us know that the paper towel machine was empty in the ladies room and he was not about to tell anyone working there that he knew this. :rotfl2:
Gail :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

We have to ask though..........

Did he not notice there weren't any URINALS?

Happy and safe travels to all who are going somewhere.

OMG!!!! I needed a great laught like that after the long week we have had!!
Poor John, even when we aren't hangin' with you guys he cracks me up!!

Well our place has been looked at and we have looked at like 8 houses and put a bid in on one but we basically pulled out of that one, no biggie though. The house hunting continues with a slight pause this weekend since we have a busy weekend ahead. It's a Boy Scout weekend for us. We have the food drive tomorrow morning and one of the boys Eagle Projects to work on in the afternoon then Sunday is another boys Eagle Ceremony. Thank goodness we have Monday off!!

Ok I'm caught up!!

Erin, Mary, Gail, & Cindy - Safe travels on your current and upcoming vacations. We won;t be having one of those for a bit so I have to live vicariously thru you guys right now.

Diana - Oh hush you!! 64 degrees and you are cold! Come back to NY to feel cold!

Amy - The girls are so cute in their outfits and halloween costumes.

You'd be surpised how quickly we're acclimating!! Tonight we went over to the outlets for some shopping. The thermometer on the car said 68 degrees and we had sweatshirts on and the heat on in the car!!!! :lmao:

Good luck on the house hunting!! :wizard: There's one down the street for me for sale if anyone is looking to escape that cold! :rolleyes1

Well, I did the number crunching and we've decided against the Member Cruise. For the four of us cash price (yea, we've used all our 08 pts already) would be $2795. What kills me is that they are charging $528 for Emma and Julia whereas on a regular cruise they'd be closer to $300. I priced the 4 night Wonder immediately before this one and cash price for the same category 11 would be $1695. $1100 is a little steep for a family of four for some outlet store trinkets and entertainment most people have never heard of, sure they're great performers, but I wouldn't pay $1100 for tickets to a Jodi Benson or Andrea McArdle concert, that's for sure. Heck, I wouldn't pay $1100 for Hannah Montana tickets!!

Instead we booked the 2/10 Wonder cruise with an AP rate that is over than half less than this member cruise---plus we're in a category 9 AND we're not cruising during hurricane season. WAY better deal if you ask me! I'll have a konk kooler or 8 for y'all! :drinking1

Diana - I soooooooooooo understand aclimating quickly! Heck we have the heat on in the house some days already - brrr.

Stacy - sounds like things are going well with the house :)

Amy - WOW she looks so in charge there

Not much happening here. We have had a long few months with Chip our lab. In August he was diagnosed with Diabetes after losing 20 lbs in 3 weeks. The diabetes diagnosis was much better than when they originally told us cancer! Thank goodness for Karen as she got us on the right track and let us know that it was common and our vet was not a flake.

Due to his diabetes he has developed cataracts and now has VERY limited vision. It's funny but sad all together - he's a very happy pup at 7 1/2 and so we're going to see the specialist and see if he's a candidate for surgery in one eye.

Matt's great with him - getting up each day to give him his shots before work and then getting right home to give them after work. I am so luck as I cry when I have to give them to Chippy.

CONGRATULATIONS SGT DENNIS!!!! :cool1: :cool1: :cool1:

A little birdie told us you were promoted and we're so proud - WAY TO GO!!!!!!!!!!!

Hmmm...Tim and I will be on that cruise! We are doing the Feb 7th with the kids, my parents, his dad, and grandma, and then they all are going home and we doing the 4 night, just us! So I will see ya all on board! Tim will have a konk kooler with ya, but I really dont care for them!

Julie sorry to hear about all the trouble Chip is having. Hopefully they will be able to do the surgery on his eye to give him some of his eye sight back.

Julie-- for Chip. (I don't mind hugging furry things!) It's so hard to see them sick that way. Penny was starting to lose her vision and it was really sad.
