Pretty much yes, excludes the obvious:

Fun fact: DH blew his extrabuck on a toy puppy because he wanted to see our pups reaction...

Sherlock grabbed it at the neck to protect it while Watson tried to bite it's head off. Musical dancing pup was taken away and placed in the garage. DH plays it prior to entering the house, getting our pups all excited. Crazy men!

Same thing happened to Hedwig. I purchased the puppet while on vacation. It sits on top of the HP tree and the pups sit in front of the tree drooling.

@FoxC63 We stopped for waffle fries at Chick fil A today after preschool today and my son wanted to carry them up the stairs from the garage. He wanted to change his pants before he dove into the fries so he went into his room and our dog followed him thinking that he had the fries with him. He's going "pat, pat, pat" as he is petting the dog and the dog is just zooming all around him sniffing...trying to figure out where those darn fries are hiding lol. I watched it all on his room camera...too cute! Also, wish Chick fil A did specials on their GCs for the holidays. I would totally stock up!

I had a little trouble when I started. When I clicked on add a card, entered the card info & it just kept spinning. I played around a little, can’t remember exactly what I did, refresh or page back. But the card was there after that. It did that twice & then was fine. I combined & transferred 10 cards with no further issues.

Citi is having a 10% sale on various gift cards if you use ThankYou points. The most interesting to me is the Season's Greeting gift card. It is run as a credit card so it works for buying gift cards. Lowe's and Gamestop are two of the places it works if you want to get DGC.

Process of elimination help please peeps! Has anyone transferred to/from a DGC containing money from the Staples gift cards in the last day? I don't think it is what caused me issues but I'd like to eliminate it.

The gift card I was trying to transfer to is locked. I tried to transfer to it again this morning and no luck, couldn't transfer the balance from it either. My new card transferred to another gift card just fine so it wasn't the new card. I called the gift card phone number and they told me the card is locked and to wait 24-48 hours and if it still doesn't work to email them at the guest service email she gave me. I leave for WDW tomorrow. Of course.

So why? My leading contender is this card was used to add-on to a room deposit on 11/27 and the res was then switched like 3 times in the space of 48 hours with the last change on 11/29 (AP rates for next week started showing up like crazy and I couldn't decide). I haven't done any other activity on the card since then. But, I want to eliminate Staples as an option with their situation.

For this moment I'm not adding or combining anymore of my DGCs via the web, the CMs can just stand there and scan my last couple hundred at WDW as I don't want to lose access to those funds too. I emailed guest services today obviously given my time crunch. I'm going to load all my receipts to a pdf and email it to myself so if Disney wants the receipts I can do it on the go at Disney.

Anyone able to order more than 9 total on the Best Buy $50 Disney gift card deal? Looks like that might be the max as I placed my last order at 8am and am now getting the max purchased error. Still hopeful I’ll be able to grab a few more before the deal ends

That's what I do. If I've paid on my stay with a card I note in my spreadsheet that I used it and when. Then that card won't get funds added to it until after I'm back whether it's 0 or has $. I also try not to load too much more than whatever my final payment is onto that last card.

The cards I use in park will have their own bal and whatever is left stays on it and it may become the 1st resort card for the next stay.

It keeps it cleaner and should I need to cancel the trip the cards are empty or close to it for the refund.

As @wdw_dine_junkie said it will not work to count toward the $200 spend. However in the past the rewards can be used to buy DGC's.

Someone reported a while back (although no one actually confirmed it) that Gamestop is now coded not to allow happy gift cards to buy 3rd party gift cards (and I would assume the Seasons greetings would be the same). Have you actually tried it in the last month or two?
