Same for me. AKL-Jambo first by a big chunk.I would vote for AKL-Jambo House, with Wilderness Lodge a close second! No matter how many times we do it, walking into that Jambo lobby is just amazing.
Jambo (during Christmas) and VGC (during Halloween)
I know they've made an Oogie Boogie Cauldron out of "Gingerbread" that is on display. As far as I know it is just that outside of the holiday cart selling stuff in the lobby.Do they do something special around Halloween at VGC?
And the macaws!Old poly with the fountain
Making a totally different move then others here. BCV lobby (not BC lobby). It’s quiet and peaceful. Serene music, the east coast beach theming, and the clean smell. Get a cup of coffee and relax while I wait for the kids to wake up. Heaven. What is your favorite DVC Lobby for whatever reason? I'm including the attached resort lobbies (Contemporary, etc). I think for me it is Wilderness Lodge. I am sucker for the National Park theming and it's done so well.
The Aulani lobby is more of an open airy lobby since the climate allows for it in Hawaii. You wouldn’t do that in Florida due to the heat and humidity. The balcony straight outside I would consider a part of the lobby since you can only access it from the lobby. Overall there isn’t a ton of space inside the lobby but I think it is meant to feel more intimate than the resorts at the parks. The scale really brings you close to the cast members, performers, and other guests which is really the vibe in Hawaii.I have been to Aulani and don’t remember the lobby much? I remember walking in and going straight outside, which is spectacular. I don’t remember there really being much of a lobby? Like if I want to sit and hang out, there isn’t really much space to do so indoors? I would hang Out outdoors as much as possible, so maybe I’m just forgetting?
