Masks no longer required outdoors at WDW

Ladies and gentlemen. Universal starting this Saturday will make masks indoor optional according to ***********************!!!! ( UPNT, can't spell it out lol ) Includes all rides. More to follow I'm sure

Whoop Whoop. Can't wait till my summer trip. Wonder how long it will take Disney to follow. I would assume rather quickly

Now I'm really excited!

I don’t know. I’m at Disney right now and it looks like they’re using masks as a reason to pack people in everywhere.

Update.

Masks No Longer Required Indoors for Vaccinated guests at Universal Orlando Resort Starting May 29 according to UNT

Nothing has been officially confirmed announced by universal

Apparently they have been informing the team members who work there.

No proof required, but being that I am vaccinated. I don't care if I'm around tons of people who aren't

Do you think Disney will follow suit in the coming days or hold off a little longer?

EDITED TO RESPECT DISBOARD GUIDELINES

If this is really true I'm seriously hoping Disney follows suit! That would TRULY make our upcoming July trip a happier time!

Won't let me type the website on here
Because it's a banned site. It's WDW equivalent isn't even allowed to be mentioned period much less typed. I'm assuming the same can be said for the Universal side.

**While it may be the case that they have relaxed the mask rules until Universal themselves confirms it you might be careful here.

Ah I didn't know we couldn't use them as a source. Thanks for the info. I changed up the wording

It's been confirmed on a number of "banned" sites already so can't post the links. Come on DIS, your slipping here, lol.

Lemme tell you, if Disney does this, this has to open the door for fireworks and fast pass to return. I am also going in July, and I'm hoping it turns into a normal disney experience lol I knew picking July was the good move

We start our 12 day trip on the 23rd of July so really hoping that by that time all that comes back too!

Just be aware, and I initially wasn't aware either, that Universal's policy ONLY applies to fully vaccinated guests.

I know some posters throughout the Boards have been hailing this decision but as far as I know have NOT been fully vaccinated. For those posters please keep in mind this policy will not apply unless you are fully vaccinated and respect the business's decision right now to apply only to fully vaccinated.

Regardless of whose rules are changing and when, I really, really hope the enhanced cleanliness continues, both at theme parks and on airlines. I like the sanitzing stations, and the less icky restrooms and surfaces!

If all of us do our part with washing our hands more carefully, covering our mouths when we cough and sneeze, and staying HOME when we're sick, we could see some real good resulting.

I am the same. I love the cleanliness in the parks.

If more people would stay home when they don't feel good, even before all this, then people getting sick would go down. I've always carried hand wipes with me so I can use them if needed.
