My account was reactivated!!!
Again WARNING: Beware of using multiple tabs/ browsers. You might get shut down, too.
A week ago yesterday I was deactivated and immediately sent an email, which they didn't respond to. I waited a week (Help Center says it can take up to 5 business days.) Yesterday morning I sent another email and a private fb msg. When I still had no response at 2:30pm, I posted publicly to their wall. They commented back that they are working on it. Very soon after that, I got an email back. This is what it said:
"Thank you for taking the time to write in regarding your Swagbucks.com account.
After careful review by our Compliance team, this account was closed for violating program terms in respect to our Watch/video services available on Swagbucks.com.
This closure may be a result of, but not limited to, running multiple activities simultaneously, using unauthorized third party software, using browser add-ons not associated with Swagbucks.com, or any viewing methods meant to exploit our video services or circumvent advertisements.
Any Swag Bucks and Rewards remaining in a closed account are automatically forfeited.
We regret having to take such actions, but to continue to provide services and rewards to our members, Swagbucks takes appropriate steps, up to and including deactivation of user accounts, for violations of program terms.

So my account was gone, along with all my gift cards, sb, and the opportunity to ever use sb again. I quickly emailed back explaining that I had no idea I was breaking any rules. I had looked around their website and not been able to find guidelines for using the videos. I asked them to be more clear so I could understand the rules, and to please reactivate my account.
It only took about an hour, and they responded:
"Your account has been flagged by our Compliance systems for nCrave viewing irregularities.
To keep your account in good standing, please refrain from using any unauthorized viewing methods. These methods include, but are not limited to, the use of multiple tabs or browsers, unauthorized third party software, using browser add-ons not associated with
Swagbucks.com, or any viewing methods meant to exploit our video services.
We have gone ahead and reactivated your account as a one time courtesy.
Any pending Rewards are now approved but your account will be monitored to make sure it is in compliance with our Terms of Service.

So I'm back up and running!! All my rewards and points are still there. It even gave me the referral points from my husband's account that had kept running through the week. I sent sb another email:
"Thank you!!!
Just so I'm clear on what I'm not allowed to do, I have a question. When you say not to have multiple tabs or browsers open, do you mean with ncrave videos, or all sb videos, or any sb activity at all? Can I search sb or take surveys while a video is running?"
They replied:
"The intent of Swagbucks is for our members to be actively engaged in any offer or activity and to have sincere interest when completing or viewing them.
This is why advertisers promote on our site and why we are able to in turn offer Swag Bucks to the community.
Running multiple devices at the same time is not considered active engagement in any activity.
That is why we let our members know that if you are looking to engage in multiple earning opportunities on our site, to please do each activity with your full and undivided attention."
Guys, all I had done was run 2 videos on one account at the same time. Maybe it was the type of videos that flagged it. I don't know. I was usually running ayce and Dis TV playlists together.
Just be careful. I lost a week of sb time, and almost lost it all for good. But I am so happy to have it back!!
