Here is another little interesting data point. I just tried to purchase the $100 eBay card for $95 from PPDG, no go. It sent me through verification, but still no go. My Paypal didn't get locked though. I was able to delete the eBay card from my cart and then put some Mickey Mouse beads in and was able to check out with those, no problem. I then put an eBay card in my cart again and got the TRANSACTION REFUSED notice again. This is very strange! I was planning to use a credit card to purchase the gift card, but never even got to that selection point. I have never purchased from PPDG on MY Paypal account before. (purchased 2x$100 GS GC from PPDG on my mom's account last week, but I'm afraid to try it again today as I'm not at her house to deal with all the phone calls)

Where did anyone say you can't buy gift cards with gift cards online? You can still do that. You just don't get the 5% RED card discount anymore.

Sorry, I meant with the 5% discount, I just forgot to include that.

I wonder if PPDG doesn't really want to sell the GC? Not that I'm normally a "conspiracy theorist" but it just seems weird that there are so many issues with PPDG and like others have said, the only common factor is PPDG...

There has been at least one 4x fuel points promo every month for at least the last 18 months at Kroger, though sometimes it's only a one-day or a digital coupon only, etc.

I bought two of the $100 for $95 ebay cards form PPDG today. It started to give me the run around with verification texts but I switched to automated phone verification and it went through.

Yesterday I did try ordering from PPDG using an ebay gift card to pay but was unable to get it processed. Looks like I can only use Ebay bucks or credit card to purchase from PPDG. My husband was successful using ebay bucks to get a BB card from PPDG yesterday.

I was also at my local BB, no EBay gc's to be found but they carry loadable Disney gc's, up to $500!

That is nice. I will have to check the best buy near me to see if they have the loadable ones.

People were posting yesterday that their orders were getting canceled on BestBuy .com when they paid with a GC. But it might be worth a try if you don't mind getting stuck with BB GCs if it doesn't work.

I tried 2 times at bestbuy.com yesterday (selecting a differrent locaiton each time) and both were cancelled. I went into the store and was able to purchase a Disney card without any problems.

I asked my local Krogers when they thought the next promo would be, and the courtesy office thought there might be one for Mother's Day.
We'll have to wait and see.

They usually run a long promo around Father's Day. Last year, there was one from June 10-23.

I don't think you can buy eBay with eBay any more (just recently changed). Let us know if it works.

Well, darn. I missed this in the discussion. I haven't gotten the e-card from Staples yet, but when I do I'll give it a try and report back. If it doesn't work I'll just add it to my churning pool to purchase other GC's, so no loss.

Yes, I have done this before. I used my Dad's membership and paid with my visa.

does anyone thing we could get away with buy the ebay card for 95, then using it to buy so 2 of the other discounted cards say like applebees, which are $50 for $40, so in the end we would spend 95 for the ebay use that to buy $100 in applebees, and still have $20 left on the ebay, which would buy the ghiradelli card for $25 so $125 for $95, think this would work?

i think so, im not 100% sure about online but in stores it works. My mom and a friend of mine have an image my sams club barcode, they just scan it at the register and make purchases... They swipe their credit card...
Freedom Card + Sams club for this quarter will probably net you the most... 10% back.
