I can't think of a better way to start my Saturday than to get another update done!

I can't think of a better way to start my Saturday than to read an update from you!

Year end is slowly approaching at work but I'm going to do my darndest (is that a word) to keep updates coming at least weekly!!!

I don't think your Disney vacation ever truly feels started until you hit this magical land!

Hmmm..... Honestly, there are so many stages, right?
When you get off work last day before the vacation.
When you head out to the airport.
When you arrive at the destination.

I think the excitement just keeps ramping up and up and up!
But it certainly reaches a fever pitch when you hit a park.

those of you who have read our past TR's know that we love our afternoon pool time

We made it in just enough time to pass through with our new magic bands, which, I have to say....amazing little pieces of technology!

Finally! Someone who isn't complaining or having difficulty with those things!

I had enough time to get my camera out to capture these two spunky little ladies!! How cute are they!

Not as cute as the two stars of this TR.

I know we all have a million pictures of the castle, but I still have to grab one each and everytime we enter ... it's a sickness, I know!

Totally get it. Besides, if you have an album for a vacation (digital or otherwise) wouldn't it look weird without one?

You see, it's been 2 years and a bit since we've been to the World (I know, makes me sick every time I think of that)

5 years now for me.

I did get yelled at here tho...that did not make me happy! Someone forgot they were at the happiest place on earth, took their grumpy pill, I'm not really sure but apparently I lingered too long in the entrance way to the Tavern

Oh, brother.

Then we decided to head over hear as we had heard so many amazing things about these bathrooms and they were all right on the money! We ended up grabbing a couple of bottles of water and just having about a 10 minute break in here to take it all in

So just to be clear.
You went into the bathrooms and took a 10 minute break in there.


okay.

we've seen 50 year olds have meltdowns at Disney

And some of them yell at you for lingering too long at tavern entrances.

, it's all good when it's a little one, you just take out your common sense and head to the room for a little nap!

Unfortunately, common sense ain't so common.

It doesn't matter how old you are, you always need to take a little spin on dumbo!

I was shocked at the fact that we walked right on...

Wow. Things have changed that much? There was always a lineup for Dumbo.

Of course we had to take a selfie on Dumbo...well at least that's what I was told!

See? Much cuter.

I love that Jillian was a option. I didn't always love my name, but it grew on me and I like it now

I love the picture of you and Shan on Dumbo--It's adorable!

I always feel like I take 1,000,000 castle pictures, too-- but it's hard to capture the emotion you feel when you see it again for the first time in a while. I usually tear up, but it's a good cry.

I'm a little nervous to bring a 18 month old to Disney, but I know he'll have a blast. I'm a little leary of the meltdowns, but we have naps planned and he's pretty easy going. You're totally right when you said adults have meltdowns, too.... Every one needs nap time in Disney

Remember me? I'm late again!! I missed ur updates! Looks like you guys had an amazing trip! Oh my, that tank top with Olaf is just too cute! I should start hunting for some cute clothes for our trip in December too. Yes I shop for stuff to bring on vacation, then I buy more stuff on vacation! My husband thinks I'm crazy for needing two purses and new clothes for disney any excuse to shop is find by me!

I hate the taste of alcohol too but I can't wait to try the grey goose drink too! Granted, I'm almost 25, so im way too legal but it's my first trip, so I have no idea if I would like it but with all the rave reviews, I'm excited!

I am a morning person whether we are on holidays or at home but when I get outta that hotel room, it just makes me happy when it seems we are the only ones up at that time...I love it!

It's from Hey's which I believe is a Canadian company and Shanleigh bought it at Winners (our equivalent to TJ Maxx)! I love that suitcase and it's light as a feather so that means you can shop more and pack more!

Can't believe the server is up Let's get going before it decides to get busy again

It was that time...you know...the time to see Anna and Elsa! Our FP+ time was 1010-1110 but it suddenly dawned on us that we had no idea where these two were located, this NFL was all new to us so Shanleigh stopped a lovely CM and he pointed us in the right direction

We were second in line when we arrived and in a few moments we were in! Seeing these two up close and personal ... no words! Anna was first and she was exactly how you would expect her to be...laughing, funny and completely down to earth! She went on and on about Shan's shirt and how she must love Olaf as much as she does! Adorable!

Anna insisted in honour of Shanleigh's shirt, that they take a "snowfie"...too cute!


They chatted for quite a few minutes which I was so happy about, our experience with characters since Shanleigh was grown up is the bigger the child is the faster they move on...not these two! Anna was in no hurry whatsoever, she was chatting her "new friend"


This is one of my favourite pictures of the trip! Two cuties!


Then it was time to meet Queen Elsa, she too was equally as lovely! She wanted to know where we had arrived from and when we told her we were from Canada she responded with "I guess the cold doesn't bother you either" Hilarious!



I missed the shot of them taking a 'snowfie" as I was too busy watching the little girls behind us, they were super excited and it just made me so happy! I did manage to capture this one tho!

Then it was time to leave the girls and head out! Shanleigh wanted to stop and Instagram her photo's and as we were walking she got a message from her friend Lauren who works in a daycare! She had shared the picture of Shanleigh and Else with her kiddies and they were so excited but one little girl looked up and asked Lauren why Anna didn't have her braids in Lauren said, that's not Anna that's my friend to which they replied "no silly, that's Anna"...made our hearts full!
Stopped for a couple of pictures on our way to the front of the park and met a lovely family from a neighbouring province (Ontario) and had a quick chat with them!

What the hey...what's one more castle picture!
