Woo-hoo! This is the news I was hoping someone would find out. Hopefully I can snag a ressie for the last week of November! How nice to even have a possible date that ADRs "might" be opened up.

I wonder if fastpasses will be up and running by the 19th too (Little Mermaid) or just stand-by lines? I do think those of you going the week before the 19th will still get to see/do more than you might think.

This may have changed because of the new Fastpass system they are working on, but originally I heard that Little Mermaid wouldn't have FP.

Does it "snow" again or only at the lighting ceremony? Thanks!

When we were there in Jan 2007 they had a couple of snow machines going the whole time.

Well I'll be taking a little hiatus from this thread. Why you ask? I'LL BE IN DISNEY WORLD! I leave today! :yay:

Have a fantastic time and we are already waiting upon your return for full details!! Here's a little pixie dust to start you on your way... pixiedust:pixiedust:pixiedust:

Anyone ever see the tie dye Mickey shirts with his eyes and maybe mouth on the mickey part? I know I saw one...I think a Halloween one, but now I can't find it!

Boy is it easy to get behind. I love all the chatter I just can't keep up. :rotfl:
Hope everyone is healthy and having fun planning!

Hey ya'll. I don't know how much I will be on over the next few days. My computer caught a nasty virus and is at the doctor. The scary thing is I was here in the Dis when it happened. I clicked on a link someone had posted and my computer was immediately taken over. So be careful.

So sorry to hear this. I've had this happen. My older boy just says "Mom did you click on free tickets for disney?":rotfl:

To anyone who would set up a virus on the Disboards; Hope your next trip to WDW is during a heat wave, with a hurricane, followed by a cold spell. Hope your favorite attractions are being refurbished. Hope you get stuck in IASW for at least an hour. Hope you drop your Mickey Ears ice cream. Hope you get none of your dining ressies you hoped for. Hope your air fare is hundreds of dollars more than you budgeted for. Hope they run out of Dole Whips when you are next in line and you waited 45 minutes.
Hope you decide to use your computer skills for good, not evil!
Lastly, I hope you are there when none of us are!;)

Too funny!!!!!

Shortly after we wake up tomorrow we will be instant parents to a 16 year old girl from Azerbaijan for the next year  then I will have someone to plan with :yay: I can't wait for her to tell us about her long flights. She has never flown before, and she asked us tons of questions.

How exciting!!!!!

Now I got the bug. This super sucks as its DD's 4th birthday today.

Being sick stinks! I hope your better already.

:sad:My books for just my first sememster of law school are going to cost about a grand.

Looks like I'm going to have to go in November on a very tight budget.

Wow but at least you still get to go.

It can't come soon enough. I am so anxious, I just want November to be here. Obsessing and reading these boards is really not helping, but I will keep doing it anyways. I've been doing a lot of research and making my OCD lists, since we have never gone in November. Good luck to you on waiting patiently :)

I love making lists!!! I drive everybody crazy.

Good morning!!

99 days, time to do the double digit dance!!

We're on a budget this trip, too. I'm thinking about giving each child $50 to spend on souvenirs. $50 sounds like a lot, but $25 doesn't sounds like enough. $50 is $10 for everyday we're there, though.

I was also thinking I might be able to cross my nieces & nephews off my Christmas list while at Disney. If I can get my hands on some photos of their favorite characters and get them autographed (like the Cinderella photo when you write a letter), I'll pick up a little something to go with each autographed photo. How would you feel if your kits received a gift like that?

That is sweet. I think that would be a great gift.

no i mean for the whole trip.

I had to take someone off in 2009. I think if its before the 45 days its no biggie. If its after there is a fee.

http://disneyparks.disney.go.com/bl...gic-kingdom-park-at-walt-disney-world-resort/ Guess most of us will miss this:(

No Be Our Guest til the 6th..... Oh well just more reason to go back I guess

I was bummed when I read this.

I read this to say,
On December 6th, Disney will have it's "Grand Opening" but it will be open to everyone November 19th and BOG will be serving starting November 20th. So I think those looking for ADR's for Nov. 20 and later should pay close attention around the 19th or 20th of August (90 days).

Heres hoping :wizard:

The preview period gives regular park guests a chance to experience the new area and its attractions prior to the grand opening in December. During a preview period, attractions and experiences may experience limited operating hours.

We’ll begin accepting reservations for Be Our Guest in late August for guests who wish to dine after Nov. 19

I take that to mean that the AP preview will be before Nov 19 & that the regular park guess preview period starts Nov 20! Sounds good to me!:cool1::woohoo::yay::dance3:

 So exciting. I really hope we will all be able to get adrs!!!!

Thanks for posting that was cool!!!!

It is official. Booked our Disney Trip and Airfare yesterday. Going 11/24-11/29 to celebrate our 25th Anniv. I did manage to get Pop and FD sticking with QS for now. Trying to mark our anniv. and not blow our budget around the holidays, especially as we have to replace garage doors and paint the exterior of our house before winter.....blech! much rather upgrade at Disney but on the flip side---at least we get to go to Disney!!!

Now have to decide when to do MVMCP and Candlelight Proc at Epcot. Is there a separate number to call for dining reservations?

So since I was looking at the sunset times...and it said 5:28 I am assuming that that is when the sun is down. So it starts to get dark a little before that? I am just hoping for a nice atmosphere for my CLP show at 5pm. I cant change it as it messes up my dinner and boardwalk time.... I think itll work out fine but has anyone ever done the 5pm show to offer advice?

I have no info but we will be seeing it at 5:00pm also. We are eating at San Angel Inn 12/3 at 1:00pm. I chose the earlier time because we have little ones. I'd rather go later but at least I'll get to see it. Hubby already said he will take the littles out if they get antsy.

Well I'll be taking a little hiatus from this thread. Why you ask? I'LL BE IN DISNEY WORLD! I leave today! :yay:

:banana::cool1: Have fun!
