Couldn't post yesterday because I have this flu that is going around. Anyway, I haven't weighed myself because I have has a terrible week and may need to bow out for a while. I'm sure some of you remember my complaint about doing so much exercise and not losing weight (only size)- turns out you really shouldn't do that much exercise when still taking 300mg of Tramadol a day for a shoulder problem! The pain meds masked the pain I was feeling whilst I happily damaged my knee. My doc was happy I was trying to do something about my weight, but I have to stay off it for a while and no real exercise for a few weeks-typical
Well done everyone for some good losses this past week and I'll be back and ready to go once my knee heals a bit.

Couldn't post yesterday because I have this flu that is going around. Anyway, I haven't weighed myself because I have has a terrible week and may need to bow out for a while. I think I have lost 0.5 lb - its not coming off how I wanted.
Will be able to give you months loss next week as I have my weigh in and inches measured at Curves next week
