**Woohoo !! It's Christmas Day**

I have been back in work yesterday. I will have 4 days off over New Year though. Then I have one more day at work and then I am off on our Panama Canal Cruise.

On New Year's Eve we are going to stay at home. We used to have this tradition that I would cook us a 5 or 6 course dinner on New Year's Eve, but I have not done this since we moved to Manchester as I normally work on New Year's Eve. I have decided to revive this tradition this year. I was hoping to do it with a Disney Cruise Line theme, but have not found enough recipes to pull this off. Still, we will have a nice bottle of Rosa Regale to toast in the new year.
