Will bell services hold luggage overnight if you are returning to resort next day?

Just trying to think of all possible outcomes. If we got 3 days at BLT, 1 day SSR, 4 days BLT. Could we just take a carry one bag to SSR and leave the rest of luggage with bell services at BLT? I know disney will move luggage, but it seems awful silly.

If we had to move, we'd probably use that day as a resort day. Leave one resort at 11 with small bag, grab lunch, tour some resort, grab snack, sit on bench (high on our list), head to SSR and hang around until room is ready. The next day probably do a park day and send the one bag through bell services back BLT.

While we didn't have exactly your situation, we have checked bags into our "long term" resort prior to check-in the next day.

We did all of our grocery shopping for our 10 day stay at BCV and had extra luggage we did not need for our one night stay at another Disney resort. The day prior to our check-in at BCV, we checked in our extra luggage and all of our groceries that did not require refrigeration.

We had a rental car that we wanted to return first thing in the morning of our check-in at BCV. We dropped the vehicle at the Car Care Center and shuttled back to BCV. We checked the one or two pieces of luggage we had retained along with our refrigerated items and had them stored with our already checked bags.

When the room was ready, all of the items checked in the prior day along with the items checked in day of, were delivered. There was a bit of confusion, initially, because the bell services group did not realize the bags had been stored overnight and were looking in the wrong area. They checked their manifest, found the correct numbers and all was in order.

We’ve had luggage held when visiting friends/family for a weekend in between stays and never had a problem.
