Was Disneyland's Main Street Electrical Parade theme song originally used on a game show?

I found a cd of Game Show Network game show theme songs and when I listened to the original The Joker's Wild theme song it sounded like the Main Street Electrical Parade theme song. And when I read the liner notes the same guy who created The Joker's Wild theme song also created the theme song for the parade too. Did Disneyland decide to use the Joker's Wild theme song as the Main Street Electrical Parade's theme after The Joker's Wild was cancelled? As a game show fan I was shocked to know that the same guy designed the parade's theme song for Disneyland
