Karla DeVito, aka Mrs. Robby Benson. The interesting part is that she lip synced to Ellen Foley's vocals. Ellen Foley was in the first season of "Night Court" with Harry Anderson and Co. until she was replaced by Markie Post's character the following season.

More than you wanted to know. I knew about Karla, but Google helped fill in some blanks.
