Transportation from Hotel Circle to San Diego Zoo?????

If we needed transportation from a hotel on the Hotel Circle South (in San Diego)to the San Diego Zoo - for 5 people what is our options & what is our best choice (both price & time).

If you are referring to hotels on the southern side of Disneyland, there is a car rental location in Downtown Disney, and their rates seem quite reasonable. For when we are going, a full size car is around $30 for the day, unlimited miles. I hate having to leave at particular times with bus tours. Have to have freedom. And at $30 for the day, you can't beat the price.

I am referring to the Hotel Circle South in San Diego -Hotel Circle South is the name of the street that our hotel is on.....
