MY DD had my DH and I over for dinner the other night and made this soup-which I loved!
Ingredients:
5 cans clear chicken broth
3 large potatoes peeled and diced
16oz pkg frozen chopped spinach
1 lb pkg of polish sausage (keilbasa), cut in 1 inch slices
Simply add all the ingredients into a large souppot or dutch oven and cook over mid heat till potatoes are done, soft but not mushy.
serve with french bread.
Easy and quick and yummy!

Hi, this does sound good...

And with ingredients easy to have on hand.

Thanks for sharing

I might give this one a try. My kids would probably eat more spinach if it was in the soup. :)

I don't know if the kids would eat this one, but my husband and I definitely will!
