Third contract, although I'll probably get rid of my 50 point VWL (when it isn't stripped that is; '16 points gone, and '17 has only 2 points left). That'll leave me with 160 VWL and 160 AUL which is plenty.

Hope I did that right! First time purchasing DVC, and first time ever posting on a forum lol. I hope this goes through fast before the Canadian dollar drops too far, or this could get pricey! I know it generally takes 30 days, but I have seen some considerably shorter wait times on here, so fingers crossed!

Good luck! If the Canadian dollar really is dropping in value and you think that will continue, you could send the full amount to the title company right away. They put it into a US escrow account for your transaction and will refund it if the sale doesn't go through. Heck, if the dollar drops and this happens, you could make a little money on the exchange

It is now Day 25 since my 4th BWV contract went to Disney for ROFR....checking my emails constantly.
5 more days until the 30 days is up.

I asked because I was wondering if Disney cross referenced buyers on their waitlist with purchasers on resale contracts, and if those matched, then they could buy them --- either to flip them to the same person, or eventually try and get the person to buy direct at Poly.

That's a bit more conspiratorial than the reality. I'd be shocked if they even looked at the name of the buyer at all. We're all just a number as far as they're concerned. (If you're a Verizon customer, you're an "ARPU" )
