Our window for cruise plans opened at midnight but around 11:45, the DCL site began ‘routine maintenance’ so you can’t do plans and cant aceess ressies. Instead you’re directed to their phone line, which of course is impossible to get through during business hours. Maintenance shouldn’t be scheduled for a time where customers would need system access, easy problem to avoid. Their tech is terrible, their customer service is non existent and their pricing is premium. Time to cancel, reached my limit of trying to deal with the Disney clown show.
