I was listening to yesterday's pod cast about the Counter Service handling of food allergies and one of you made a comment about Disney charging more for Gluten-Free and that food allergies were NOT covered by the ADA.

I'm diabetic and allergic to tree nuts, so it is a challenge to eat counter service at Disney on the Dining plan especially when it comes to the dessert offerings. Often I've been told there is no dessert offering that will accommodate my dietary restrictions.
Often, the "official" dietary book needs explaining and most of the CS cast members haven't a clue.
