When it's busy, they rope off the hub in the area going towards the partners statue From the sidewalk near Tomorrowland to the middle of the hub so that it creates a walkway. I was standing right behind the roped off area near the sidewalk closest to the Tomorrowland entrance and the astro-orbitors. I was right in the middle of both areas behind the rope. This was zoomed in. It's a pretty good spot. Use a tripod for best results!
I've had it canceled on several trips and it's such a bummer when you anticipate it, plan for it, are all set up for it, and then they announce it's canceled. I hope the fireworks show goes on for you. Good luck!
