Pools at HHI in January?

We have been given a long weekend at HHI at the DVC resort!

wondering if anyone had any insight on how warm the “heated” pools are. My kids are pretty brave, but we are going the last weekend in January and wondering if swimming is even in the consideration?

Also, is there pin trading and pins sold there?

HHI in January is very cold... I'm not sure about the pools there.
