Looks kind of basic- I know it's not the feature pool but the landscaping could be nicer (queen palms, etc) and the building itself is rather plain. Feeling less confident about this now.. looking forward to seeing lobby and other interior renderings.
Well, it’s very grey...10 stories of a concrete rectangle, charming - not.
Those balconies almost look to be Juliette balconies.

It is. Look at the aerial page.I hope everyone is right and that is a quiet pool. If not it looks boring.

- Some are mentioning that's not the main pool. We better hope so because that is a small unimpressive pool. (I know there might be one that's off image.)
An odd choice to put two pools so close to eachother instead of one rather large pool, but hey whatever. The other pool does seem to be perhaps twice the size, so more than likely the "main" pool. Assume they'll throw a slide and a drippy house nearby (my family's name for the play areas). It's certainly no Stormalong Bay, but doesn't mean it won't be a nice addition to the Disney pools. (Of course they'll likely declare "no hopping" on it since they seem to do that everywhere now.)
Yea CBR guests could be a big impact if hopping is allowed.
I think the pictured pool will be the adultish escapish pool.
Well the concept art for the new show shows a lot of water based things still. Can't help but wonder if the illuminations replacement will in part be optimized so the Riviera guests can view it. I could see where the main show of illuminations being at water level would make it less than spectacular from the Riviera.
I honestly think that can be better. I think with the water you can get closer to the edge of the lagoons, where with the fire effects you can not. So I think that will work better at least in the world showcase.Well the concept art for the new show shows a lot of water based things still.
I am just speaking in terms of viewing from Riviera. Water based aspects may not work as well there.I honestly think that can be better. Having seen world of color in California and Rivers of light, I think that would be an improvement in viewing angle compared to the globe in illuminations.
Conversely, I think you could do epcot a world of good by putting in concrete seating around the lagoon, similar to rivers of light. Our last trip, we did a fast pass for illuminations, and that slight ramp they put you on made on the difference in the world for viewing that show. Three rows of concrete seating that reduces the water foot print in a few spots would be a nice change.
